Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
What is ActiveShoppy’s Exchange Policy?
If you are Received Wrong/damaged or defective Products, you can send it back to us within 3 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a ActiveShoppy Voucher.
We will not exchange any product if you have any size related issues. So please check size guide page before ordering a product.
How do I send the product back?
You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post.
Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.
- Product damaged when received.
- Product is defective in any way.
Will I have to pay for returning the products?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.
I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of a ActiveShoppy voucher.
Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
Refund will be processed through same mode within maximum of 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order
